About The Job:
We are currently searching for a caring and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist - SLP to work in a great Hospital setting. 

We will consider both SLP-CCC's and SLP-CFY's for this opportunity.
First and foremost, we are looking for candidates who have the desire to implement high quality speech therapy services for all ages in a hospital environment.  Interested applicants should have a strong commitment to enhancing each patient's quality of life in an ethical, sensitive and caring manner.  

Please note that we are looking for someone who wishes to be in Dickinson long term.  We will not consider CFY's who are just looking to come to Dickinson to complete their CFY in a Hospital setting.


  • Screening patients   
  • Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
  • Documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Overseeing Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLP-CFY's) 
  • Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance speech therapy services.
  • Conducting patient and family education
  • Delivering quality speech therapy services
  • Putting patient service first
